Hello! I’m Lee Anne Zeigler, a weaver, executive director of WaterWorks Art Center, and founder of Zeigler Fine Handweaving in Tulsa, Oklahoma. I create high-quality handwoven scarves, shawls, and home items like table runners and linens.
I began weaving 30 years ago with a class by Lynn Tedder. About 12 years ago, I started weaving regularly with guidance from Sally Bachman, a weaver from Taos, New Mexico, who worked at WaterWorks for five years. Since 2016, I have learned many weaving techniques from Lynn Tedder, who now leads the WaterWorks weaving program.
Recently, I have won awards at FiberWorks Oklahoma 2024, Mayfest 2025 Invitational Gallery, and the Women in the Arts Recognition Award from the National Society Daughters of the American Revolution.
“The quality of the fabric is so soft and natural. You can tell how unique each piece is and that makes every item she sells even more special.”
